Just Breathe

Our focus is on relaxation, and TANK'd Float Boutique offers a way for you to pause the hectic, over-saturated world, which allows you to enter into a state of deep mental and physical relaxation. By giving yourself a break from the constant bombardment of sensory stimuli, your mind has a chance to reboot, rest, and heal.  You emerge from this environment ready to face the world with renewed perspective and positive energy.

Services Provided

We provide "Float Therapy" which is accomplished through REST (restricted environmental stimulation technique) or sensory deprivation floating.  You float in 1000 lbs. of Epsom Salt infused water that is 10.5 inches deep.  The temperature of the water is 93.5 degrees (skin-temperature), so while in the water you don't realize where your skin ends and the water begins.  You are "one" with the water. "Floating" is backed by research since the 1950's, and is a unique form of therapy that offers immense potential for pain management, relief from anxiety, PTSD, depression... as well as personal growth and healing.

Our Infrared Sauna is a 4-person sauna that employs FAR infrared light.  This light penetrates your skin between 1.5-2.5 inches, and results with your sweat glands pouring water out of your body more quickly, way before your core temperature reaches a point of discomfort.  It is said that during a 45-minute session you can burn up to 700 calories.

Our Inversion Table offers another way to relieve stress.  For centuries yoga practitioners have recognized the idea of turning the body upside down to find comfort.  The "mind stand" position is a form of "postural exchange" (reversing the direction of gravity), generating inversion as an easier alternative, with the added plus of joint decompression.

Come join us to experience any of these ways of alternative relaxation therapies, and we are most certain you will leave us feeling Amazing!
